I'm happily married, a family man and a proud father of four. My family is my greatest pride, and we maintain a loving home life.

With 25 years of experience in programming, web development, video and music production, I thrive on leveraging my technical skills to make a meaningful impact on people's lives at a social level.

In 1999 I founded my first web design company, designing and building websites for local customers. By 2009, I shifted my expertise to WordPress websites and SEO (Google optimisation). In 2011 I co-founded a unique website platform aimed at helping entrepreneurs to build their own website, rank high in Google and increase customer conversion through website psychology. I exited this partnership in 2014; it’s still serving thousands of business owners throughout The Netherlands.

I’m proficient in building web and mobile apps, both backend and frontend, comfortable in leading teams and mentoring juniors, and adept at complex project management involving both technical execution and people skills. I frequently bridge the gap between technical and business teams.

Since summer 2021 I’ve served as the lead developer for a startup, steering them through several successful validation rounds. This assignment was concluded in October 2023.

In 2009 I founded an e-learning software platform, focusing on healthcare courses. Over the course of 14 years I’ve partnered with trainers and teachers, creating multiple successful and officially recognized trainings and courses. It has always been very encouraging and rewarding to me, seeing tens of thousands of students graduating, even those with little computer experience. I’m a strong advocate for making learning accessible and rewarding for students of all ages. I exited this partnership in September 2023.

Early 2020, within a span of 6 weeks, I designed and developed custom tablets for elderly dementia patients during the pandemic, enabling them to engage in video calls with family members and join online activities. The project ended after the lockdowns, but I loved the challenge and the impact it has made.

As I've recently wrapped up a few of my partnerships and projects, I'm shifting my attention to some of my own business ideas. I'm really looking forward to using all the skills I've picked up over the years to do something that's close to my heart.

I'm always open to teaming up on projects that make life better for people. I love making a real difference, either through a project assignment or a long term collaboration.
