I started my career as a certified Medical Lab Technologist, working in that profession for around 10 years. During that time, I gained many experiences, including supervising 55 people and ensuring the lab ran smoothly through the pandemic. However, almost from the beginning, I found my true passion was coding. So, around 2015, I began teaching myself Laravel development, along with Inertia, React, Vue, and the TALL stack.

In 2021, I reached a crossroads in my career. The hospital system I was working for was grooming me to be the next lab manager of the Northern labs. At the same time, I was offered a job as a Laravel developer working in the TALL stack. I chose to take a chance on my dream to work on a greenfield wholesale platform.

I gained a ton of experience in a very short time period and had the opportunity to learn from my boss and my coworkers, and the company we were consulting with at the time. Here are some of the things I've worked on:

  1. Preprocessing Stripe payments for orders
  2. Tweaking algorithms for speed and accuracy
  3. Building notifications
  4. Creating new ways to interact with boards
  5. Working with WordPress legacy applications
  6. Developing interesting integrations with apps like Kajabi

And much more!

One thing I've consistently found is that I love to code. Coding is my passion and my hobby.
