- Why can't I see all the profile data?

To see all profile data (name, website, social networks etc), you must first register for a free account. Unlocking profiles requires Credits. Free accounts have 1 Credit per month. To get more credits you must activate a subscription.
Please note: we never give out email addresses and will leave this between the parties involved to decide if they want to switch comms to another channel.
- What are Credits?

Credits are what you use to unlock a developer's full profile. Once unlocked, you can see their name, links they've shared and you'll be able to message them. Once unlocked, always unlocked.
Free plans come with 1 Credit per month. Our Monthly plan gives you 25. If you're on our Yearly plan, you'll never need to worry about Credits.
- Do Credits roll over?

Yes! On our Monthly plan, you get 25 Credits each month. If you don't use them all within that month, they will roll over to the next month up to a maximum of 50 Credits. Credits stay on your account even if you cancel your subscription.
- Can I have a Developer and a Teams account under one email address?

No this isn't possible. You'll need to sign up for two different accounts using separate email addresses.
- Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Absolutely yes. You can cancel it easily from the Billing page in Your Account.
